Refund Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for Vector 5 paid plans.
Free plan
The Free plan has no charge and requires no payment details. There is nothing to refund.
Paid subscriptions
Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@vector5.com.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@vector5.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review and issue a refund where appropriate.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your Vector 5 account.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
Alternatively, email support@vector5.com and we will process your cancellation.
