By using Vector 5, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Vector 5 provides AI-generated website creation, hosting, domain connection, and related tools for small businesses. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One person or business per account unless you are on an Agency plan with team features.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account.

Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you provide (business descriptions, prompts, images, text). Vector 5 grants you a license to use AI-generated websites for your business purposes. Vector 5 retains rights to the platform, templates, and underlying technology.
AI-generated content
Websites are generated by AI based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. Vector 5 does not guarantee accuracy, legal compliance, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific use case.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vector 5 for illegal content, spam, malware, phishing, or material that infringes third-party rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for downtime beyond what is stated in your plan.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though certain provisions survive (content ownership, liability limits).
Limitation of liability
Vector 5 is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vector 5 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
